The full-time staff members of the Ceylon Estate Staffs' Union were recognized for their excellent performance in the Estate Unit Empowerment Operation (EURO). The recognition was given at the full-time staff recognition ceremony held at the association’s head office recently under the patronage of the association’s President Nishantha Wanniarachchi, General Secretary Chathuraya Samarasinghe, and Treasurer M. Sudagaran. At the ceremony, the staff of the Ratnapura, Hatton, and Nuwara Eliya branches were awarded the Gold Award, the staff of the Ruhuna and Pussellawa branches were awarded the Silver Award, and the staff of the Kandy branch were awarded the Bronze Award.
